product description
The high-performance resin film made of automobile explosion-proof membrane is used as the base of the tire. The two sides are coated with the unique patented technology formula, the German imported chemical root-blocking agent, and the self-adhesive asphalt-resistant rubber layer which can achieve molecular-level bonding with the base layer. The surface is covered with a point-breaking separator to form a root-resistant waterproofing membrane with super waterproof and root-resistant properties.

●Central car explosion-proof membrane material base
The material has both high strength of resin and high elongation of PE, and the waterproof membrane is made of:
Material stability - high and low temperature are not wrinkle; extension is high - adapt to the deformation of the base layer; high strength - strong resistance to damage, with physical resistance to roots.
●Based on the molecular formula self-adhesive of Daxie patented technology, the chemical root-blocking agent imported from Germany is added to achieve effective chemical resistance.
●The self-adhesive layer body can be bonded at -20 °C, bonded in water, and constructed under full meteorological conditions to ensure the construction period and quality.

Construction process
Trial roll
>>Wrap the coil on the base surface, align the elastic wire or the overlapping edge of the adjacent coil to ensure the overlap width, and release the stress after re-winding.
Paving coil
>> Simultaneously tear off the bottom isolating film, the lower layer of the surface of the separator, and roll the material forward; or it can be combined with the coating.

>> Push the surface of the coil with a flat tool and extrude the internal gas to completely bond the coil to the underlying material.
Body lap
>>Tear off the lap joint separator and press the roller to achieve the overlap of the coil body.
