product description
The imported nano-grade polyethylene film is used as the base, and the modified asphalt of the European and American formula system is a rubber layer, and the surface of both sides is covered with a waterproof membrane made of a separator material. This product is a waterproof product based on the original polyethylene tire coil, and the high strength of SBS coil and the high elongation of the polyethylene tire coil. It is another upgrade of the traditional asphalt-based coil.
Features
● The rubber layer is waterproof, the base is also waterproof, and the double waterproof effect.
The polyethylene carcass itself has super waterproof performance and two waterproof layers on both sides of the asphalt layer.
The traditional polyester carcass coil is only waterproof and the base fabric is not waterproof.
● European and American formula system, the coil has a lower melting point and a stronger bond.
The butyl rubber (IIR) is added to the modifier to lower the melting point of the gum, and the asphalt layer is melted more than the conventional coil under the same intensity flame.
Natural rubber (CR) is added to the modifier to make the modified modified asphalt adhere to the base layer more firmly.
● The imported nano-grade polyethylene film base and high-quality glue bring greater elongation, stronger tensile force and greater peel strength, making the TSR more comfortable for the base layer deformation.
● The thickness of the polyethylene carcass is only 0.2mm, which makes the thickness of the TSR coil more graded, making the TSR more reliable in sealing performance.

● The material is thin and soft, the gum is thicker, the shrinkage is <0.4%, the coil has better volt-adhesive and sealing performance, and the details are easy to handle.
● Impervious performance >0.8MPa, the sub-level reduces the passage of water molecules, meeting the requirements of underground engineering (especially deep foundation pit engineering) and the durability of key engineering structures with high waterproof requirements.
● The TSR coil is made of polyethylene film (plastic) to isolate acid, alkali and salt. It is more reliable than traditional coils relying on asphalt to resist salt and alkali corrosion. The measured resistance of chloride-ion permeation of TSR coils is more than 5 times that required by the seaport engineering specifications. The super-standards meet the corrosion resistance requirements of structural projects in coastal areas, and the underground civil construction projects with corrosive media after industrial relocation.

Construction process
Grassroots requirements
The base layer is dry and solid, free of sediment, garbage, no empty drums, loose, sanding.
Coating treatment agent
Spray or roll the matching base treatment agent to the base layer to ensure that the base treatment agent is uniform and full of the base layer.
Trial roll
The coil material is spread out on the base surface, and the elastic wire or the overlapping edge of the adjacent coil material is aligned to ensure the overlapping width, and the stress is released after being released.
Hot melt paving
The flame is baked on the lower surface and the base surface of the coil, and the gel melts and rolls the coil in time, and is compacted and exhausted, so that the coil and the base surface are closely adhered.
Lap processing
At the same time of hot-melt laying, press the lap joint with a pressure roller to extrude 5~8mm molten asphalt (considered as reliable lap joint).
