The high-quality SBR (styrene-butadiene rubber) is used as the main modifier to modify the petroleum asphalt, and then combined with other synthetic rubber auxiliary modifiers such as SBS to form a coil compound, and then a composite double-sided separator, or PET resin film, strong cross-film + barrier film made of tireless self-adhesive waterproofing membrane.

Scope of application

 

(1) It is suitable for use in non-exposed parts such as roofing and underground engineering waterproofing and moisture proof for various industrial and civil buildings; it is also suitable for general engineering anti-corrosion.

 

(2) It is especially suitable for waterproofing projects of non-open fire work items.

 


 

Construction process

 

Wet shop method:

 

Formulating the glue: According to the temperature and humidity, add the appropriate amount of water to the batching bucket according to the water-cement ratio of 0.35~0.40, add 42.5Mpa ordinary Portland cement, stir well with electric agitator until it is even, fine and free of lumps. .

 

Trial roll: lay the coil on the base surface, align the elastic line or the overlapping edge of the adjacent coil to ensure the overlap width, and release the stress after re-winding.

 

Scrape the glue: apply the glue to the base layer (planar) or scrape the coated surface (facade) with a thickness of 2~3mm.

 

Paving the coil: roll the web forward while tearing off the bottom separator.

 

Extrusion and venting: Push the surface of the coil with a matching tool to extrude the internal gas, so that the coil, the glue and the base layer are completely bonded.

 

Body lap joint: After the glue layer reaches the strength of the upper body, the lap joint separator is torn off, and the press roller is compacted to realize the lap joint of the coil body.

 

Dry sticking method:

 

Base layer cleaning: The base layer should be solid and dry, free from sediment and garbage, and must not be empty, loose, or sanding.

 

Spray (coating) base layer treatment agent: spray (rolling) coating should be uniform and not exposed, and the base layer treatment agent enhances the adhesion between the coil and the base layer.

 

Trial roll: lay the coil on the base surface, align the elastic line or the overlapping edge of the adjacent coil to ensure the overlap width, and release the stress after re-winding.

 

Cold-adhesive paving: push-rolled coil, tear film, compacted exhaust, ensure the tight bonding of the coil and the base layer, and prevent empty drums.

 

Take the receiving port: the body is reserved for the self-adhesive lap joint, and the lap joint should be pressed and bonded tightly.
