NPF polymer self-adhesive film waterproofing membrane is a kind of polymer waterproofing membrane specially developed for underground engineering, which adopts pre-laying construction technology and can form strong anti-bonding with post-cast concrete structure. The coil is a high-density thermoplastic polyethylene film as a waterproof substrate, and a polymer waterproof substrate is coated with a polymer self-adhesive as a bonding layer. After the self-adhesive layer of the coil is reacted with the cast-in-place liquid concrete slurry, the gap between the waterproof layer and the concrete structure is formed, and the hidden danger of water between the layers is eliminated, thereby effectively improving the reliability of the waterproof system.

 


 

Features

 

(1) It has the advantages of both polymer coil and self-adhesive coil. It has low requirements on the quality of the base surface, and can be applied on the wet base. It does not need to be leveled and dried, etc. It is not affected by the weather, which can save the construction period and reduce the engineering. Cost.

 

(2) The coil and the base layer are not bonded to each other and are completely viscous with the structure, which can reduce the influence of the deformation of the base layer on the coil and avoid drowning.

 

(3) The coil has high peel strength, good tear resistance, strong hydrolysis resistance and good low temperature flexibility.

 

(4) The construction process does not require solvents and fuels, and is green, safe and environmentally friendly.

Construction process

 

Pre-laying construction

 

1. Base treatment: Remove the base protrusions and clean them before waterproof construction.

 

2, paving the coil: the plane will be directly laid on the cushion / the façade will be attached to the base of the coil.

 

3. Coil lap joint: After the coil is lapped, the separator is laminated and rolled, and if necessary, it can be properly heated and then lapped.

 

4. Subsequent construction: After the construction of the waterproof layer is completed, the acceptance work can be carried out. After the acceptance is passed, the subsequent construction can be carried out.
