High-elastic thick acrylic waterproof coating is a new type of building waterproofing coating with excellent performance and high technical content. Construction process
Grassroots processing:
The base layer is required to be flat, dry and solid. It should be free of oil, no pollutants, no floating dust, etc. The cracks in the base layer and the root of the pipe are left with grooves, and the sealing material is embedded and sealed. After that, additional layers should be made, and the yin and yang angles should be made into circular arcs. Shape, the radius of the corner is greater than 50mm, and the radius of the anode is greater than 10mm.
Construction method:
Three-pass painting method, the total thickness of the three layers is about 1.5mm, and the total amount is about 2.7kg/m2, which is suitable for general building waterproofing engineering.
Four-pass painting method: the total thickness of the four layers is about 2.0mm, and the total amount is about 3.5kg/m2. It is suitable for the building waterproofing project with single-track fortification.
Adding reinforcement layer painting method: total thickness: 1.5-2.0mm, total material amount: 1.8-2.5kg/m2 is suitable for waterproof engineering with large deformation and special-shaped parts (wall root, gutter ditch, yin and yang angle, etc.) Enhanced.
