Non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating is a new environmentally friendly, high solid content hot melt asphalt waterproof coating. It has the characteristics of not curing after long-term contact with air, and always maintains a viscous gel. It has strong self-healing ability, and it is sticky and difficult to peel. It can solve the cracking and fatigue of waterproof layer caused by the cracking stress of the base layer. The problem of premature aging under damage or high stress; at the same time, the viscosity of the creeping material makes it possible to close the pores and cracks of the base layer well, solve the problem of water repellency of the waterproof layer; The problem of poor compatibility when used in combination with waterproof coatings is a new type of waterproof coating with multiple functions.

Construction process
Composite coil construction process:
Base treatment → detail engineering → spraying → scribing construction → paving coils → paving and reinforcing lining materials → quality inspection → quality acceptance → protective layer construction
Construction requirements:
Clean the base layer to make the base layer smooth and solid, free of dust and debris, and no clear water.
Start the matching hot-melt heating equipment and heat the non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating to the molten state. The heating temperature varies depending on the climate and other conditions. The reference temperature is 150~160°C.
The molten non-cured rubber asphalt waterproof coating is pumped or placed in a paint bucket.
Spray or scrape according to engineering requirements, 1mm thickness reference dosage: 1.3~1.5Kg/m3.
Before the non-curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating is cooled, the waterproofing membrane is compositely laid in time.
