The polymer modified asphalt waterproof coating for road bridge is a new type of environmentally friendly coating which is based on petroleum asphalt and is made of a variety of high-quality polymer as a composite modifier. The coating has high heat resistance, cohesiveness and shear resistance, and has good affinity for petroleum asphalt products. It can fully meet the special requirements of asphalt concrete bridge deck waterproofing, and the waterproof performance is durable and reliable. It is a variety of bridges and viaducts. Features

 

Good heat resistance, high temperature resistance up to 160 ° C -180 ° C;

Scope of application

 

It is suitable for anti-corrosion and anti-seepage of bridges and highways. It can be directly applied to wet or dry concrete masonry, mortar, metal, wood hard plastic and other base surfaces.

 

 


 

Construction process

 

Base level treatment: The base layer must be firm and solid, with a smooth surface, dry, no sanding, floating pulp and obvious water stains. The yin and yang are smeared into an arc The defective base layer can be treated with an epoxy resin base treatment agent. Remove all debris, dust and oil before applying the film.

 

Coating film waterproof layer construction: can be brushed, rolled or sprayed, should be layered and brushed, should be completed 3-4 times. The next pass is to be cured in the previous pass and perpendicular to the direction of the previous pass. The general interval is 4h-7h (depending on the temperature). Coating film with a thickness of 1.0mm, total coating amount (2.2-2.6) kg/m2.

 

Precautions:

 

Before the final slab concrete is set, a regular and uniform plucking effect on the concrete surface is better.

 

The waterproof layer construction can only be carried out when the strength of the concrete of the bridge deck reaches at least 70% of the design strength.

 

Waterproof treatment of bridge deck expansion joints, anti-collision wall expansion joints, bridge deck drainage outlets, etc., shall be separately treated according to the bridge structure design.

 

The construction temperature is preferably 5 °C ~ 35 °C, the temperature is less than 5 °C, rainy days (including rain within 6 hours after the expected construction) shall not be constructed.

 

The waterproof layer is not completely dry, and it is not allowed to walk and the situation vehicle to prevent the landslide waterproof layer of sharp objects.
