The project is located at Luyuan RoadNo. 2, on the east side of the extension line of Xueyuan Road, is close to Malushan Forest Park and surrounded by mountains on three sides. The project consists of 21 high-rise buildings and one multi-storey building. The construction of the project began in 2018. The waterproof construction adopts TPZ series waterproof coiled material of Dayu Group, which is difficult to construct and covers an area of 120000 square meters.
