Easy-to-apply Tile Adhesive (Red Packet Version)

Product Introduction:
S100 Easy-to-apply Tile Adhesive (Red Packet Version) is a powder-type, environmentally friendly tile adhesive made with high-quality cement as the binder, refined sand as the aggregate, and various functional additives.
Execution Standard: 《Premixed Mortar》GB/T 25181-2019 DTA-I-I Dry-mixed Ceramic Tile Bonding Mortar

Product Features:
Strong Bonding: Stronger bonding than traditional cement mortar, no hollowing;
Convenient Construction: Tiles do not need to be soaked, making construction easier;
Substrate Requirements: Low requirements for substrate flatness, suitable for thick-laying construction;
Good Environmental Protection: Materials are all environmentally friendly elements, water as the medium, safe and environmentally friendly.

Scope of Application:
Can be directly applied to stable substrates such as concrete, cement, cement mortar, and brick surfaces;
Indoor use is suitable for ordinary bricks and glazed tiles with a water absorption rate greater than 6% and dimensions ≤600×600mm;
Note: For applications beyond the above scope, it is recommended to use back adhesive. Conduct an application test before use.

Construction Process:
Substrate Treatment
The substrate should be flat, firm, free of floating dust and oil stains. For substrates with cracks and unevenness, leveling treatment should be done. For substrates with high water absorption and dryness, wetting treatment should be done; Clean away oil stains, floating dust, and release agents from the back of the tiles;
Mixing
Add water according to the recommended ratio. The actual amount depends on the thickness and size of the tiles; When mixing, pour water into the mixing bucket first, add the powder while stirring, and use an electric mixer to stir until there are no powder lumps; After stirring, let it stand for about 2-3 minutes, then stir for another minute before use, which can increase the bonding strength;

Tile Laying:
First, use a trowel to apply a thin layer of tile adhesive to the substrate, then apply a thicker layer of tile adhesive, and use a notched trowel to comb the tile adhesive layer to ensure even distribution. The area of each application should not exceed 1 square meter. Finally, press the tile onto the substrate; After applying the tile adhesive, lay the tiles as soon as possible to avoid the surface of the tile adhesive from drying;
The depth of the trowel notch should consider the flatness of the work, the size of the tiles, and the degree of concavity and convexity of the back of the tiles;
After the tiles are laid, the surface of the tiles should be cleaned immediately, and the excess tile adhesive in the joints should be cleaned. Subsequent construction can only be carried out after the tiles are completely dry.

Construction Points:
The construction environment temperature should be 5℃~35℃; Avoid construction in rainy, high-temperature, windy, and frosty weather;
The release agent on the back of the tiles must be cleaned before tiling;
A gap of no less than 2mm must be left between the tiles;
After laying the tiles, the tile adhesive must be allowed to harden before proceeding with the next grouting process.
Construction Ratio Water-cement ratio = 0.2-0.25:1 (weight ratio)
Reference Usage: 2.2-2.7kg/m2.mm (The actual usage varies depending on the thickness during tiling, the size of the tiles, and the flatness of the base surface)

Packaging Specifications: 20Kg/bag
Shelf Life: 12 months for unopened products stored in a cool and dry place.
