Vitrified Tile Adhesive (Red Packet Version)
Product Introduction:
S600 vitrified tile adhesive is a powder-type, environmentally friendly tile adhesive made with high-quality cement as the inorganic binder, refined sand as the aggregate, and various functional additives. It features high bonding strength, no hollowing, and easy construction.
Execution Standard: 《Ceramic Tile Adhesive》JC/T547-2017 C2
Product Features:
● Wide Applicability: Suitable for bonding low water absorption vitrified tiles;
● Strong Bonding: Higher strength, safe and secure, effectively reducing the occurrence of hollowing or falling off;
● Convenient Construction: Excellent workability, extended open time;
● Matching Use: When using tiles with a water absorption rate below 0.5%, it needs to be used with tile back adhesive to reduce the risk of tile falling off.

Construction Process:
● Substrate Treatment
The substrate should be flat, firm, free of dust and oil stains. For substrates with cracks and unevenness, leveling treatment should be done. For substrates with high water absorption and dryness, wetting treatment should be done; Clean away oil stains, dust, and release agents from the back of the tiles;
● Mixing
Mix according to the recommended water-to-powder ratio. The actual amount depends on the thickness and size of the tiles; When mixing, pour water into the mixing bucket first, add powder while stirring, and use an electric mixer to stir until there are no powder lumps; After mixing, let it stand for about 2-3 minutes, then stir for another minute before use, which can increase the bonding strength;
Tile Laying:
● First, use a trowel to apply a thin layer of tile adhesive to the substrate, then apply a thicker layer of tile adhesive, and comb the tile adhesive layer with a notched trowel to ensure even distribution. The area of each application should not exceed 1 square meter. Finally, press the tile onto the substrate; After applying the tile adhesive, it should be laid as soon as possible to avoid the surface of the tile adhesive from drying;
● The depth of the notched trowel should consider the flatness of the work, the size of the tiles, and the degree of concavity and convexity of the back of the tiles;
● After the tiles are laid, the surface of the tiles should be cleaned immediately, and the excess tile adhesive in the joints should be cleaned. The subsequent construction can be carried out only after the tiles are completely dry.
Construction Points:
● The construction environment temperature should be 5℃~35℃; Avoid construction in rainy, high temperature, strong wind, and frost;
● The release agent on the back of the tiles must be cleaned before tiling;
● A gap of no less than 2mm must be left between the tiles;
● After laying the tiles, the tile adhesive must be allowed to harden before the next grouting process.
● Construction Ratio: Water-cement ratio = 0.2-0.25:1 (weight ratio)
● Reference Usage: 2.2-2.7kg/m2.mm (The actual usage varies depending on the thickness during tiling, the size of the tiles, and the flatness of the base surface)
Packaging Specifications: 20Kg/bag
